TECHNI-MOULES currently has a team of 37 employees.
Whether you're looking for complex technical parts or luxury item components, the molds designed and built by TECHNI-MOULES are always very high precision. This same degree of precision and experience with different types of materials (Ultem, carbon fiber, PEEK, etc.) is found in the manufacturing of parts with inserts, multi materials parts and unscrewing molds:

Technimoules , a very high precision mold maker, has been in the business since 1972.
With more than 30 years of experience, our employees master technical and practical knowledge
of design and building of molds and injection of plastic parts.
Today, TECHNI-MOULES offers its clients a range of global solutions for plastic molding industry.
B) Products and services
Working with clients to determine their needs
TECHNI-MOULES offers clients its vast experience in project definition:
- needs analysis, particularly in terms of shape: parts analysis, development and review of specifications, assessment of plastic types, matrix drawings, etc.
- material selection: appropriate plastic type given the part to be molded and adequate steel for the mold.
Designing the mold
The engineering office designs the mold to client specifications:
- 3D drawings of parts and molds
- 2D drawings of molds
- Rollout of assembly mechanisms
Machine tooling
Molds are manufactured from final drawings, using high-precision machinery installed in air-conditioned workshops:
Milling - Turning/Shaping - Erosion - Grinding - Adjustment
Press testing
The first trials are conducted at this stage, followed by any adjustments that may be required before the mold is finalized:
- Molds are mounted on the press and tested
- Injection of plastic (half load)
- Non-stress tests
- Stress tests
- Final adjustments
Plastic parts are inspected and measured using digital or traditional control methods.
The mold is then delivered with user guidelines (to enable rapid operation) and the warranty.
Injection
The manufacturing plant handles injection molding for limited editions as well as medium and long runs. By combining experienced professionals and state-of-the-art equipment, TECHNI-MOULES is able to guarantee that the end product is of consistently of high quality.
TECHNI-MOULES can also handle more complex jobs: molds using different configuration types, bi-injection, bi-material, over-molding, multi-impressions, etc.
In response to client demand, TECHNI-MOULES has developed a total design and build process.

Your guarantee of quality
- We obtained ISO 9002 certification in 1998 for the production of injected parts of recognized quality.
- We obtained ISO 9001 certification in December 2000 for the high level of expertise of our mold design and production engineers.
- We have also been certified in other areas: the aeronautics and automotive industries and the military industry.
Our equipment is capable of producing extremely high-precision matrixes (tolerance level of + or - 5 microns).
Today, TECHNI-MOULES offers its clients two types of guarantees on its molds: number of cycles and lifetime.

TECHNI-MOULES has an impressive array of machinery, air-conditioned workshops, and metrics rooms with tri-dimensional measurement capability, as well as a highly efficient, traditional control and monitoring system.
Equipment and machinery owned and operated by TECHNI-MOULES:
- Mold conception: 2D ME 10 BE 10 / 3D Catia.
- CAM:Catia Machinist, Goëland.
- Mold building: 3 & 5 axes milling machines, electro erosion machine,wire & driving, CN turning, plane correction, inner and outer cylindrical correction..
- Metrics: shadowgraphs, profiling system with Sony camera, tri-dimensional and conventional system.
- Injection production: presses with tonnage ranging from 35 to 200 tons (including 2 bi-injection presses), enabling the injection of all types of state-of-the art thermoplastic : ULTEM, carbon fiber, PEEK, etc...
