The first trials are conducted at this stage, followed by any adjustments

that may be required before the mold is finalized:

- Molds are mounted on the press and tested;

- Injection of plastic (half load);

- Non-stress tests;

- Stress tests;

- Final adjustments.

Plastic parts are inspected and measured using digital

or traditional control methods.

The mold is then delivered with user guidelines (to enable

rapid operation) and the warranty.
